🐾 “Hazelyn Becomes the First Rank 3 & Claims Las Noches”
History has been made: the first Rank 3 has been reached and, of course, it’s none other than Hazelyn – cult leader, public idol, Nya enjoyer, and now Las Noches’ new boss.
What was her first move upon reaching Rank 3? Say it with me: “Nya.”
Second move? Claim leadership of Las Noches like it was a cat bed with her name on it.
Hueco Mundo is buzzing. Celebrations are planned across the sands tonight, with whispers that the first Shinigami leader of Seireitei will be crowned before the day ends. Rumors point to a mysterious figure named Lust. Who is she? No idea. Looks fine af though.
🐱 CATT Exclusive: The Hazelyn Interview
We raced to grab the first interview, and here you have it, a CATT exclusive:
Abby: Rank 3 and now holding Las Noches’ leadership – that’s a lot of weight and drama. So… How forked are you feeling right now?
Hazelyn: I was inyiatially worried about the weight of the mantle, but everynyan has been very supportive of my benyan in power so far, I think it will be fine, nya.
Abby: When you claimed Las Noches, did you hear angelic choirs, demonic whispers, or just the sound of everyone else crying in the corner?
Hazelyn: On one side, I am hearnyan a lot of crynyan, but in the other cornnyer I am hearnyan a lot of nyanyan.
Abby: Honestly I think Kazu is the reason there’s no music when you claim the seat.
Abby: You’re the first to reach Rank 3 – what’s your secret? Pure skill, dirty hacks, or did you sell your soul to some shady Hollow deity?
Hazelyn: My secret is the power of the Nya. Its voice tells me the best course of actnyan to take and guides my path and actnyans. It also helps that I’m a nyeet however, and have too much time on my hands, nya.
Abby: Leadership of Las Noches comes with power AND enemies. Are you planning to rule with an iron fist, a velvet glove, or just a really big fork-off sword?
Abby: Maybe a furry paw?
Hazelyn: I would describe it as a furry paw with iron claws perhaps, nya. I am plannyang to forcibly introduce Nya culture in both the remainyan fraccnyans and the Shinyigami of the Soul Society, nya.
Hazelyn: (by force of course, nya.)
Abby: Who should be most worried about your rise to power? Any rivals you want to publicly roast right here and now?
Hazelyn: hrmnn, there is nyo one in particular that comes to mind at first, most eneymies do nyat individually register as they are insignyificant compared to the Nya.
Abby: Last one: If CATT had to put your leadership style in one headline, what would it be? (‘Blood, Blades, and Bad Decisions’ is already taken.)
Hazelyn: that’s tough, nya. I do nyat think I’m good at snyappy headline ideas.
I can onlyay say that I’d try to make it sound forebodnyan and cute at the same time, but it’d probably take me a while to consider a good way to phrase it, nya.
If givenyan signyificant time I could probably come up with somethnyan though, nya.
Abby: I think I’ll use NYA. No headline can say that much with just a few characters.
Hazelyn: nya, that’s fair.
Abby: Thanks for the interviewnyan ❤️
